Overall a neat and clean car. The GPS cable was faulty but the staff immediatly changed it with new cable at time of delivery. We picked the car from the Jetty area and the staff was already waiting for us. The car didnt have central locking facility which was a bit of minus as we were travelling with our kid and expected this to be a basic feature in all cars nowadays. Overall i will recommend them and had a good experience.
Booking process was a little bit slow and complicated and only available via email (website does not allow to book directly). Staff were very friendly and polite, however. Meet and greet service was spot on and once again the staff friendly and polite. Car make and model exactly as agreed. Not a brand new car (done 45k kilometres) but fit for purpose and generally in a good condition. My booking was for Praslin and I received a Hyundai i10 (via Creolepay). I would use them again.
Picking up and dropping off the car was perfect. The staff very professional and friendly. The car itself also very good. The only thing that could be improved is customer support via web site (long response time and lacking information in messages). Anyway I was glad to support the local provider, Creole Pay is definitely recommendable
Good and clean car and good experience overall Points of improvement : - free gps was not there and we asked and they gave us a broken stand one - the delivery was not on time and we were searching around for the guy for delivery till we get help from another competitor rental company attendant who called them to come to airport to deliver !
Darrel was great. Picked us up from airport arrivals hall and was clear with all instructions on how to operate and return the vehicle. Customer service through WhatsApp was very punctual and helpful too
